The received information will vary depending on the data made available by the concerned entities. Additionally, the data will include financial account information, credit account information, account transactions information, etc.

You agree that Ah Ride & Shop is not responsible for any third-party’s privacy practices. Therefore, we strongly recommend reviewing the said party’s privacy policies before connecting your third-party account(s) with your Ah Ride & Shop account.

Data Retention

Ah Ride & Shop will retain your account for a specific period after your account expires. This is to evaluate expiry until and unless you delete your account.
We will delete all your data once an account becomes inactive beyond 120 days.
We reserve the right to delete accounts and other data after 120 days of inactivity.
However, we reserve the right to retain your email address. We do this to confirm the deletion of associated data.

Children Under the Age of 13

Ah Ride & Shop is not intended for children below 13 years.

Please understand that we do not knowingly collect personal information from children aged 13 or below. Therefore, if you are under 13, please do not use or provide any information on the website or app, use its features, register, make a purchase, or request any service.

If we find out that we have unknowingly collected information from a minor, we will immediately delete all data.

Your Rights

Your personal data protection is our priority. Our set of procedures to ensure privacy protection include:
Account Deletion – you can visit your account by visiting your account settings. You can delete your personal data except for email correspondence that we retain to verify your account and data deletion by deleting your account. Your account’s data deletion process will take up to 30 working days.

Email Preferences – you can unsubscribe from our mailing list by following the instructions at the bottom of each mail. Please note that a service-oriented email or policy update, such as Privacy Policy, does not offer an unsubscribe option.

Account Information Update – you can correct, update, modify, or rectify your email/password or other personal information by visiting your account settings. You can also change the payment method or update your credit card information.

Object, Restrict, or Withdraw Consent – you can withdraw consent for processing from the situations described above.
